We aim to process all enquiries and requests as quickly as possible, but we reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders, as well as refuse access to the website and terminate accounts at our discretion. This website is intended for use by UK adult consumers only and for delivery within the UK.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.

The placement of an online order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Making A Purchase
Browse through our collections and select items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your selection click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that are required to process your order. We will contact you by telephone or email regarding any issues. We accept the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro.
All prices shown are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any VAT payable in the United Kingdom. If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to data errors, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such a case, we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be issued.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in any way. We will refund the product price but unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product, unless the item is faulty.
Please ensure you retain proof of purchase when returning any items to us, and your name and address are clearly visible on the returns form.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.
We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
If you wish to exchange your purchase please complete the returns form which has been provided to you within the shoe box or please contact us via phone or email.
Please be aware that due to the nature of the decoration on some of our products, occasionally beads and trims can become loose during normal wear and tear, and as such, are not deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
You must notify us of any product that you deem to be defective or not of satisfactory quality within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We shall not be held liable for any defects arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal use, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without our explicit permission. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, however, with regard to any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply, shall be those you accepted when you placed your order.
Once your payment has cleared we will despatch your goods for delivery.
If the goods happen to be out of stock we will advise you by telephone or email, and issue an immediate refund.
We endeavour to deliver goods with timeframes outlined in the Shipping section, however, we are reliant on external carriers such as Royal Mail, and therefore cannot be held liable for any delays and or loss of items.
Security and Payments
All transactions that take place on our website are processed securely through PayPal. All your payment details are held on PayPal secure servers, so we have no access to any of your card or payment details.
We may contact your bank if we suspect the transaction is fraudulent in anyway, this may cause a delay in processing and despatch but is in the best interest of the customer.
Information held by Analpa will include the customer's name, delivery address, email and telephone number.
We will not release any of your personal information to third parties unless it is given that we are providing you with a service such as your address so that the item can be delivered to your address. By using our website to purchase our products you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.
